They picked up my truck right from my home, right on time as promised. The service advisor reached out to confirm the work to be done. It was completed as expected and my vehicle returned to my house the same day. No muss, no fuss. Great experience!

Went in for recalls and they were super nice and even gave a loaner. Parts weren't in and back ordered so took a while and had to go back but that's ok wasn't their fault. I haven't gotten work done there other than that and it was good both times :) Id go back

Went into the dealership, asked for an out-the -door price for a vehicle with no hassle. My salesman “Tyson” was very professional and worked with me to get the right deal. Love the car buying experience we had at Napleton. With dealing with Ryan on phone about the car we were interested in to the salesman Gary that we did alot of paper work with. I would go no where else. Gary made this purchase a smooth experience plus he explained everything with ease. He took us through the whole car also helped set up the Chevy app. This is our second car with them.

The salesman by the name of Mike Davis was very enjoyable to work with on my new purchase of my 2024 Ford Escape Active. He made the buying experience very enjoyable for me because he understood very thing that I talked to him about, you don't find a salesman in a car dealership like him every day.

Mike and the team are very down to earth and practical people. They are there to listen to your needs, as well as provide an excellent car buying experience. While they could be more concerned about getting you in and out to complete the sale, they would rather get to know the people they are establishing a relationship with. The business of buying a vehicle might be what brings you in, but Mike makes the time at his desk about more than that. Car buying can be dreadful. Mike knows how to treat decent people well and get them a good vehicle at a good price.
