Hi, I’m Danny Randolph, Dealer Principal at Napleton. With years of experience in the automotive industry, I take pride in leading our team and ensuring every customer has the best experience possible.Â
When I’m not at the dealership, I love spending time with my family, golfing, and cheering on Chicago sports teams.Â
At Napleton, we’re more than just a dealership—we’re a team dedicated to serving our customers and community. I look forward to welcoming you and helping you with all your automotive needs!
My commitment to service began with my time in the USAF, and I carry that dedication into my automotive career. With 5 years of experience, I’m passionate about providing the best possible customer service.
I strive for excellence in all that I do, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every client. When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my family and my two energetic Boston Terriers.
I have been fortunate to be in the automotive industry since 2001. Started as a technician specializing in brakes, tires, alignments, and my love for lifting trucks, developing expert knowledge in tire selection to meet customer needs.
Progressed into a service advisor role and then into service management, where I excelled at building and leading high-performing teams focused on delivering exceptional customer service. Skilled at fostering strong relationships with both customers and team members to drive business success and customer satisfaction. In my free time, I love camping, hunting, and fishing with my boys…Â
Hi, my name is Michael Zelko, and I am the IT Director for Napleton Auto Group. I’ve been passionate about cars and technology my entire life, which has driven me to where I am today. I thrive on staying at the forefront of innovation and bringing that energy into my work. Outside of the office, I love spending time with my family and dogs on the lake. In the winter, you’ll find me snowmobiling through the mountains of Idaho and Colorado.
I’ve been a Service Advisor for about one year, first in Big Trucks and now Ford. I enjoy the customer relations, but especially when I can help customers resolve problems and exceed their expectations.
I enjoy building and repairing woodworking projects, ATVing, fishing, hunting, and camping. These activities give me peace and a strong sense of pride and relaxation.
I’ve been working in the automotive industry for many years, starting with 6 years in Parts and then transitioning to 4 years as a shop mechanic. I’ve also spent countless hours working on cars in my personal time.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy going on hikes with my wife and our 3 German Shepherds. I’m currently rebuilding my 1984 Ford Bronco, which has been in my family since it was built, and I also help my father with his classic car projects.
